## Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

- Manage and expand the customer base, focusing on industrial and manufacturing clients.

- Build strong relationships with local and international customers; conduct presentations, negotiations, and close deals.

- Lead and manage the sales team by setting targets, monitoring performance, and developing team capabilities.

- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and define effective sales strategies.

- Coordinate with production, engineering, and related teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and analysis for management review and decision-making.

- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Utilize existing networks and industry connections to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

## Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of sales experience in packaging, electronics, or automotive industries.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings or off-site work.

- Strong leadership, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.

- Existing client base in the industrial/manufacturing sector is a plus.
